Recruitment purpose
As the first use case of blockchain, we are looking for a sales planning manager who will widely spread innovative smart locks using blockchain technology to the world.
Business content
Responsible for expanding sales of smart locks through the development of new distributors for smart locks.
Our goal is to establish a network of distributors, to make our products known to major retailers and interior decorators, and to add them to our product line-up.
In the real estate project, we will conduct solution sales that make use of the features of blockchain technology according to customer needs and aim to introduce it to all houses in one building.
In addition, in cooperation with the marketing department, we will make the smart lock of the blockchain lock widely known, and develop online shops that sell BtoC.
Salary
1st year: annual salary of 4 million yen or more + incentive (monthly)
2nd year onwards: Annual salary + commission + incentive (monthly)
* Monthly payment of 1/12 of the above
* Consideration of age, experience and ability to determine the amount of payment
* "Commission pay" is determined by the gross profit from the number of units sold by the agency in charge.
“Incentives” are determined only by the number of new contracted agencies
* Stock options and token options will be introduced
